Private consultations.

At a first consultation a detailed history is taken, covering your past medical history, family health and current symptoms and lifestyle. A nutritional programme is designed which is tailored to your individual needs. The first consultation lasts between one and a half and two hours. Follow up consultations last 45 minutes.

You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire prior to the consultation.

Health checks
Health checks are available, which include weight assessment, blood pressure, blood sugar check and assessment of your health risk based on your diet, lifestyle and family history. Health checks last 40 minutes.


Weight loss groups
Healthzone is a 7 week weight loss group, aimed at facilitating sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of disease. It uses the most up to date nutritional information and techniques for behavioural change.

Educational talks and seminars are available on request.


Costs
First consultation – including detailed assessment (up to 2hrs),dietplans and report £50 to £70 (depending on condition)
Follow up consultations - £25
Health checks - £25

Cost of tests and supplements is extra, but these are optional. Unlike most therapists, no commision is made on supplement sales.
